Suresh is a Post Graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur (PMIR – 1982) and holds a Bachelor (Honors) degree in Physics from Loyola College, Chennai. A recipient of the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship for an International Senior Executive Course on Strategic Management at Manchester Business School, UK (2002) Suresh has a Coach Certification from ENAS/ DOOR on his way to acquire an ICF certification.
Suresh has the experience of working across different hierarchies of influence panning strategic and transactional HR in varied industries (ONGC), education projects (The British Council), electronics (Canon India) and telecom (Reliance Communications) as well as work cultures, both with established operations and start-ups.
Traversing the globe (Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA) in his professional journey, he has the knowledge and deep understanding of different cultures and their nuances. Leveraging this union of cultural appreciation and his HR skills, Suresh is now pursuing his passion as a Principal Consultant with People Arena in areas of building leadership capability, conducting assessment centers to develop leaders and managing change as a process to adapt with organizational challenges directed towards achieving business excellence.
A strong believer in ‘Investing In People’, Suresh believes in contributing to organizational growth through well-defined and executed people strategies.
